Are you tired of feeling stuck?
Take the first step toward healing.
The weight of trauma can feel unbearable.
Maybe you’ve tried to move forward, but no matter what you do, it feels like the past still has a grip on you.
You might notice it in how hard it is to relax, how often you feel on edge, or how much energy it takes just to get through the day.
You’re not imagining it—this pain is real, and it’s keeping you from the life you want to live.
You don’t have to carry this alone. Healing is possible, even if it hasn’t felt that way before.
It’s time to break free.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy® (ART®) is an evidence-based therapeutic approach created in 2008 by Laney Rosenzweig that effectively addresses a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), substance use, addictions, eating disorders, and more. ART® is unique in that it combines the powerful use of eye movements with ART®'s version of well-established therapeutic techniques such as Gestalt Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Imaginal Exposure, and Guided Imagery; unique also because clients do not have to speak about their details. This integration allows clients to make voluntary changes in their minds quickly and effectively. Through the ART® protocol, eye movements and other enhancements help the brain create new, adaptive connections. Many clients experience significant reductions in negative symptoms and increases in positive emotions within 1 to 5 sessions, although individual results may vary. (Past traumas can usually be done in one ART® session. On- going problems may take 1 to 5 sessions).

ABOUT ROBYN
You are your harshest critic. You feel self-doubt, insecurity and you sometimes withdraw from doing the things you enjoy. Your feelings of depression, anxiety, or memories of past traumas are sapping the life out of you. You may use maladaptive coping behaviors (eating disorders, substance use, self-harm, anger, avoidance, etc.) to subdue the experience. I believe every person has the inherent wisdom needed to live a fulfilling life. Sometimes we just need help connecting to those parts of ourselves. Robyn, a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #80168), Florida out-of-state telehealth provider (TPMF871), Arizona Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT-16077), and South Carolina Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMF.8058 MFT) with fifteen years of experience in direct client care and the inner workings of administrative oversight, is dedicated to providing a safe, healthy, nurturing and healing environment for those struggling with eating disorder and mental health issues. She currently operates a group practice (AlignED Care Eating Disorder and Mental Health Center) based out of California that offers virtual individual and family therapy sessions, groups and CEDS supervision. Having worked in almost all aspects of a treatment facility: clinical, intake, utilization review and program administration, Robyn brings a clinician’s approach to healing and an administrator’s attention to detail assuring the highest quality of care for all clients. Robyn is intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), has completed Level 1 Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Theory (RO DBT) training and also incorporates psychodynamic and polyvagal theory approaches. Robyn is Basic Trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy® (ART®) Accelerated Resolution Therapy - Treating Trauma.
